Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: D365 BUSINESS ANALYST Location: Remote MOI: Phone/Skype Visa: No H1B/CPT Job description Required Skills and Experience * * College diploma or university degree or equivalent work experience or 8+ years related work experience. * Extensive experience with Microsoft D365 * Background/high-level understanding of Accounting & Finance. * Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. * Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. * Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language. * Ability to apply analytical and statistical skills to systems issues and products as required. * Proficient in product management * Proficient in application and software development life cycle concepts. * Experience with an ERP system (D365 F&O preferred) * Formal Business Analysis education, certification, or training. * Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at a time. * Ability to communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements -- verbally or through written documentation -- to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are well understood. * Ability to document user requirements through a variety of methods such as interviews, workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, and scenarios. These analyses are used to collaborate with stakeholders on a project-by-project basis to establish scope, parameters, and prioritize requirements. Nice to Have Skills and Experience * Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus. * Working knowledge of Azure DevOps * Professional experience specifically working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations). * Experience in manufacturing, logistics or transportation.
