Also, communication & business acumen is very important. ***Not candidates with primary skills in other tools*** A candidate needs to demonstrate that they understand what & why they are writing code / automation (what value are they creating for the business). HM doesn't want to see that a candidate is only staying in a role for 6mo or less a great number of the resumes from the first round were either 5+ pages of job hopping experience.
