Squad Prog. Mgr" role with a continuous backlog of projects to manage. (as opposed to managing one specific program) Implement program & change management frameworks, processes, and templates right-sized for speed, scale, and seamless implementation through project cycle. Foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive communication, integrated planning, and execution. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience initiating and executing highly cross-functional projects and programs to deliver technology and business solutions. Business knowledge of key supply chain processes across manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and logistics.
