| Role : TDM (Test Data Management) Analyst Location: Remote Job Description :- Excellent knowledge of Test data management strategies from a process, tools, and technology perspective. Should have hands-on experience working on TDM tools like IBM Optim, CA TDM, Delphix, or GenRocket (Anyone tool experience is mandatory). Hands-on experience in creating Test Data Models and enabling self-service to find and reserve test data. Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments. Should have strong knowledge of creating data masking algorithms using Hashing and other obfuscation methodologies. Understanding of Data Profiling, Data Governance, Data Sub-setting, Provisioning, and Data Security. Understand industry TDM trends and continuously seek to improve the maturity of TDM practice using automation. Should be able to understand and analyze a specific test data requirement and expedite it in a cost and time-efficient way. Should have expert-level knowledge of Application, database, and middleware layers from a business architectural perspective. Should be able to suggest and create feasible custom solutions for various Test data challenges that arise post-data refresh. Should have experience working with legacy systems like Mainframe VSAM, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL server, and Azure Data Lake. Should be able to analyze and take up initiatives for Synthetic Data Generation and its Integration with CI/CD pipeline in automation testing. Should understand every step of System integration, Functional, and Regression testing and outline the test data requirements proactively before the testing team. This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, and Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.
