Position: 100% Remote Oracle HCM Principal Architect NO H1B Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-12+ months Job description: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines Experience in development, process design or configuration of HCM applications, particularly Oracle HCM and iCIMS Talent Cloud. Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, recruiting & talent, time entry, benefits, core HR, and HR analytics. 10+ years of IT application production support experience supporting multiple applications across portfolios in an operational environment servicing an enterprise level user base. 10+ years of software design and development experience with all or some of the following technologies: SQL or NoSQL databases (Oracle/ SQL Server), Azure cloud (IaaS/PaaS), Python, JavaScript, Informatica, Apigee, Boomi, Unix shell scripting Design and development of large data models, data lakes, and use of data visualization (tools such as PowerBI is a plus) Experience with or exposure to Agile Scrum and interactive development processes Excellent analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design. Ability to translate vision into executable architecture and software design.
