An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND four (4) years of information systems experience in systems administration. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience in systems administration. Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above. Systems Administration Experience in a Windows environment including supporting group policies and secure configurations. Experience with a variety of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Experience in planning, managing, and troubleshooting virtual infrastructures. Experience managing and maintaining secure FTP technologies and public key infrastructures. Manage remote access and remote devices including maintenance and configuration. Manage Cloud Infrastructure including Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 components. Manage and support virtual servers, desktops, and other endpoints including installing, upgrading, and patching.
