Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement fast formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud. Build and load conversion HDL files to support data migration and integration processes. Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining inbound and outbound interfaces. Develop reports using BI Publisher and other reporting tools. Utilize HCM Extract, HDL, UCM (Universal Content Management), and other cloud-based tools such as Managed File Transfer (MFT) for integration and data management tasks. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through effective validation and testing procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, fast formulas, and data conversions. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions. Required Experience: 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Application Development. 6+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Proficiency in developing fast formulas within Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong experience with BI Publisher, HCM Extract, HDL, UCM, and MFT.
