| Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Field Services Architect Location: Houston, TX Duration: Long Term Overall 12+ years of overall IT experience in implementing MS CRM/ Dynamics 365 applications, must have experience of at least 5 end to end CRM implementations. Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service (Must have) Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end Field Service applications (Must have) Thorough understanding of the following elements of Field Service - Work orders, Scheduling and dispatch, RSO, Communication, mobile application, Asset management, Preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns capabilities (Must have) Experience with time tracking of field service technicians Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSRS. Strong experience in integrations using - Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and WebAPI as well as via middleware.
