The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM). This role requires a deep understanding of identity management processes, system integration, and the ability to develop custom solutions tailored to our organizational needs.Key Responsibilities: ForgeRock IDM Development: Design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using ForgeRock IDM. System Integration: Integrate ForgeRock IDM with various internal and external systems, ensuring seamless operation and data flow. Custom Scripting and Workflows: Develop custom scripts, workflows, and connectors to meet specific business and technical requirements. User Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management processes. Access Control: Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) policies within ForgeRock IDM. System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IDM systems, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, custom developments, and operational procedures. Compliance and Security: Ensure all IAM solutions adhere to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to deliver integrated IAM solutions.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in identity management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock IDM. Proven track record of developing and integrating IDM solutions in complex environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in ForgeRock IDM, including customization and configuration. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating IDM with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, and various databases. Knowledge of identity and access management protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Strong understanding of security principles related to authentication, authorization, and encryption. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
