Al require these attributes: Excellent and managing the teams (product, dev, and design). Can advocate for the product but able to push back as well. TMO is agile but not strict about it. They need their PMs to be flexible/scrappy (their exact word, haha) Understand pain points of UX designers (and obviously a good understanding of UX process) Eager, passionate, collaborative, strategic thinkers, break down walls and they don't want weather reporters (their exact statement) The PM for the researcher, of course, has to be able to educate and be an advocate for research, understand the difference between qual and quan. And how research is used to prove a point. The following is the more general skill sets for this role: We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Project Manager to support T-Mobile digital initiatives with extensive knowledge in user experience project management. The ideal candidate plans, defines and manages experience design projects, prioritization and tools for the Digital Product Experience Design and Strategy group by identifying process gaps, reducing cross-functional friction, and establishing design quality assurance and design operations. What youll do: Works with Product Experience Design and Product Development teams to ensure compliance with Digital Experience Strategies. Define, document, and implement end-to-end repeatable processes that help the Experience Design and Research teams plan, manage, and deliver. Establish workflow process and drive hand-off and approval process. Communicate complex topics with clarity by using on your ability to inspire and persuade others Oversee status/initiative health, escalation/risk, and performance reporting for marketing campaigns, including working with external partners and internal tools. Experience managing project and scrum teams in both waterfall and agile environments. Knowledge of agile methodology and scrum principles. Monitor schedules daily to ensure that workstreams across several projects are staying on track Collaborates with internal and external partners and stakeholders, to ensure transparency and enterprise visibility of the teams progress, results and impact. Passion for continuous improvement, this role is accountable and responsible for experience foundation initiatives from strategy through iterative delivery. What youll bring: 7+ years of project management experience across digital ecosystems, including eComm, Apps, Web and enterprise transactional self-service. Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of handling highly complex and multi-faceted projects. Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills including presentations to Director and VP-level senior leadership. A proven track record of partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders, and execution partners. Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity, and proactively recommending creative solutions versus waiting for direction from others. Highly organized with strong writing, influencing skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
