Duration: 12+ months, or longer Remote: YES NO H1/OPT/CPT Job Description JD for Clinical Business Operations Analyst Role. Experience working with standards and non-standard clinical data organizing and managing large and varied data sets, analyzing clinical data to optimize business operations, and communicating their findings through the use of data visualization and detailed reports. Should be able to support SDLC/Scrum life cycle Prior experience on Document validation cycle , change control management for regulated environment Improve existing data models and visualizations to enhance value and utility of tools in ways that comply with business requirements and priorities Recommend new processes or process improvements and lead implementation of prioritized assigned projects, within the encouraged and agreed upon parameters (cost, time, etc.). Support development and continuous improvement of standards along with implementation and improvements of systems. Deploy systems and tools utilizing skills in database management, such as Oracle SQL Plus and spreadsheet analysis to help the organization drive continuous improvement. Complete day to day operations in accordance with defined SOPs, policies, regulations and laws (i.e., SOX) and ensure reports and metrics align with company standards. Interact with the clients technical and clinical teams on a regular basis throughout the engagement Generate, Review and Publish Reports and Metrics and develop new reports with a focus on Automating Manual Reporting procedures.
