Position: Cyber Security Engineer Location: Union Beach, NJ, and Iselin, NJ Onsite from Day one Duration: 12+ Months Contract Need Passport number Along with Submission. We are looking for H1 B candidates from Third-party Vendors Experience (Years): 8+ Essential Skills: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP Role Description: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision that consistently delivers value to customers and increases user satisfaction with product usage. 2. Assist senior management with planning and scoping of IT and Security initiatives related to Identity and Access Management. 3. Establish and monitor key success metrics including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize product performance. 4. Ensure accurate team capacity reporting to accommodate demand projections and optimize resource utilization, contributing to the timely delivery of projects and initiatives. 5. Conduct and attend technical discussion sessions with Application Vendor/Development teams/Application owners to identify and suggest suitable security solutions with SSO services, MFA and provisioning services. 6. Provide timely progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and identifying delivery risks along with mitigation strategies, fostering transparency and accountability within the team. 7. Managing Identity and Access Management solutions operations in client environments using PowerShell, Okta (Workforce, Customer), MS Entra, and Delineawith specialties below. Desirable Skills: Identity Governance and Administration (Lifecycle Management and Provisioning) Single Sign-on and Advanced Authentication (Federation and Risk-Based Authentication) Consumer Identity and Access Management Privilege Access Management Identity as a Service and Cloud-related Identity Solution Enterprise Directory Architecture and Virtual Directories 8. Identity & Access Governance including Role-based access control, access request, and certification. 9. Develop, implement, and manage new and existing integrations with Entra Single Sign-On, SCIM, and Conditional Access rules and policies. 10. Develop Password, Sign and MFA (Multifactor) policies, rules, and procedures for Users and Applications based on business requirements. 11. Understand and provide solutions of Active Directory and legacy authentication protections (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc.) 12. Provide expert-level technical support for operational teams. i.e. Service Now, intelWintel Team, HRIT team, Office 365 team, digital workspace team and other target Application teams, Knowledge Acquisition teams etc. 13. Manage documentation for problems and works with Application vendors on resolutions. 14. Work with standard network security protocol. (eg. OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP) for Application Onboarding/Integrations. 15. Create Custom domains for B2B, B2C integrations.
