Proven technical leadership in support of client web site/eCommerce implementations. Presenting and successfully communicating technical recommendations to the line of business as well as IT leadership Enabling and providing knowledge transfer to clients and other IT partners. Key Attributes: Ability to position and present technical recommendations, concepts, and methodologies to customer executives and gain their confidence and trust Ability to differentiate HCL Commerce capabilities from competitive offerings. Manage time wisely and successfully support multiple concurrent customer demands and engagements. Work as a collaborative team member in supporting and managing troubled projects/customer situations. Ability to support the sales team in enabling them to meet and exceed their business objectives.
