Must have good hands-on knowledge on Workday Payroll, Time and other HCM Module. Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions. Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Payroll and time. Must have good knowledge and experience of 7+ years in Workday modules including Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Absence, Talent,. Flexible in working for different workday Modules. Flexible in terms of working in different time Zones within USA. Must be good at Client interactions and Communications. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the SLA. Good Communication skills. Workday Payroll certifications preferred.
