No OPT/CPT, H4EAD, L2EAD Position - EIS PLM - Windchill Functional Consultant Location Dallas,Texas /Onsite Exp. + yrs Contract Ro les & Responsibilities The Primary responsibility is to develop and implement PLM change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Basic knowledge of PLM process and best practices Prior process/project management experience of PLM boundary applications like Cadence, eCAD is a must. Plan and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees who are impacted by the changes. Executing and supporting the organization in streamlining PLM process. Work closely with the project team to understand specific project objectives, timelines, and impacts to end users. Understand goals for the change that PLM tool brings alone and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization.
