| Role: ServiceNow Consultant Rate: $80/c2c Location: 100% Remote Active Discovery Certification Required Scope: TC with the below skillset/expertise for this staff augmentation engagement. From what I understand, our task will be to help the customer build out their most complex service map, as described more specifically below. The SOW estimates roughly 10 hrs/week, but if we have someone who can do more than that per week, and the customer can support more hours per week, then that's totally fine. The main intent of the engagement is to provide advisory to the customer and work alongside them to build out their Discovery and Service Mapping solution (teach them to fish), The consultant l advise on Top-Down Service Mapping and Horizontal Discovery practices to help build a highly complex Service Map with Custom CI Attributes and Technologies including, but not limited to: OutSystems, Data Power, Business Works, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Custom App Gateway, IIS Server via ARR and Alteon Load Balancer. Must be Active Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery and must have experience in Service Operation workspace.
