Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mainframe applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Certifications in mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Developer - COBOL or similar) would be a plus.
