| Hello Connections Please share senior profiles and according to below job description Job Title: Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management Location: Houston, Texas (Onsite) Experience: 5-10 years Responsibilities: - Provide L2 support for Compute Windows, Linux, Storage (Nimble, Isilon), Backups (Acronis), and Network Data. - Monitor and manage infrastructures using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools. - Handle incidents and service requests using ticketing tools like Service Now. - Participate in corporate initiatives such as Shift Left and Automation. - Ensure the smooth functioning of cloud and infrastructure systems. - Work with international clients, providing them with top-notch service and support. - Adhere to and promote ITIL processes within the team. - Be flexible with shift timings to ensure round-the-clock support. - Foster a proactive approach to identify risks and prevent issues before they occur. Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in NOC Administration. - Strong technical knowledge of Compute Windows, Linux, Storage (Nimble, Isilon), Backups (Acronis), and Network Data. - Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing tool. - Experience with SolarWinds or similar monitoring tool. - Excellent written, verbal, and email communication skills. - Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US - Basic knowledge of ITIL Processes; ITIL certification is preferable. - Experience in a command center operations team. - Flexibility with shift timings. - A team player attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
