Job Description: Architect scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, to meet business requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance. Required Skills: Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration 6 Years Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) 5 Years Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting 5 Years Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) 5 Years ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD) 5 Years Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces. 3 Years Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs 3 Years Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency independently identify options. 5 Years Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. 5 Years Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices is beneficial 3 Years Familiarity with ServiceNows Glide scripts 3 Years Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI 4 Years preferred Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development 3 Years Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing 2 Years Keywords: business intelligence information technology golang purchase order wtwo North Carolina Certified ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid [email protected] |
