Implementation of automation testing, device testing, and performance testing. Proficiency in automation tools such as Eggplant. Excellent communication skills and in-depth understanding of the testing process, including Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with Eggplant automation tool. Execution and debugging of developed automation scripts. Logging defects for failed scripts and tracking them for closure. Understanding of business drivers and capabilities, determining enterprise solution designs, and change requirements to achieve targeted business outcomes. Gathering business and technical requirements from Business Analysts, Business stakeholders, and Tech SMEs. Participating in requirement discussions, raising clarifications, and tracking baseline requirements using Test Management Tools like JIRA. Customizing or tailoring necessary tools or software to accommodate baseline requirements at the application module and interface levels. Experience in coordinating onshore and offshore teams. Stakeholder management, risk management, scope management, and quality management for projects. Skills: 12-15 years of overall experience. POS Techno functional Quality Engineer with Eggplant automation tool experience. Hands-on experience in automation testing using Eggplant. Working experience in Agile environment.
