Job Description: We are looking an Adobe Solution Architect with an in-depth understanding of Adobes tech stack. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing solutions that harness Adobe technologies to meet the unique business needs of our clients. We're seeking an individual who can provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of complex solutions. This role demands deep analytical skills to solve intricate business problems and provide innovative solutions that align with all project stream tracks. In your day-to-day responsibilities , you'll be tasked with identifying pain points and crafting or adapting technical solutions to address company challenges. You'll streamline workflows by introducing inventive technical solutions, architecting large-scale technology solutions primarily using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, and quickly understanding business initiatives to determine technical solution options. You'll also actively participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside sales, administer large-scale, complex systems projects, and collaborate with Business Solutions Architects to ensure solutions design supports overall business objectives. We're looking for someone with a thorough understanding of digital, experience delivering sound technical solutions in this space, and expertise in delivering large-scale solutions. Certification in at least one Adobe product, such as AEM/Commerce Certification, is a plus. Your calm demeanor and ability to help resolve technology disputes will be invaluable, along with your self-directed nature and strong interpersonal skills. If you thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Identify pain points and design or modify technical solutions to address company challenges. Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions. Architect large-scale technology solutions primarily using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, including Content Management, Commerce, Customer Data Platform, Campaign Management, and Analytics. Quickly grasp business initiatives, understand processes, and determine technical solution options to achieve objectives. Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside sales. Administer large-scale, complex systems projects; articulate design concepts, strategies, and roadmaps clearly through exceptional oral and written communication skills. Collaborate with Business Solutions Architects to ensure solutions design supports overall business objectives. Provide hands-on mentoring and coaching in architecture, solutions design, and development practices. Build prototypes and/or assist software engineers with coding and troubleshooting both on-premise and cloud-based applications. Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen existing customer relationships. Create and review architecture, solution design, data, and integration documents for delivery teams and the Architecture Review Board. Provide thought leadership and contribute specific points of view on key industry topics through various communication channels. Possess a deep understanding and interest in emerging digital trends like CX solutions and advanced personalization techniques. Qualifications: Subject Matter Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products. 7-10 years of related overall technology experience. 8+ years of consulting or agency experience, with experience in a fast-paced consulting environment. Certified in at least one Adobe product; AEM/Commerce Certification is a plus. Expertise in delivering large-scale solutions. Thorough understanding of digital, with experience delivering sound technical solutions in this space. Possesses a calm demeanor used to help resolve technology disputes. Highly self-directed; able to multi-task given incomplete and conflicting knowledge, and prioritize multiple projects/initiatives in a deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multidisciplinary teams are required.
