Title : MES Program Manager Location: Hollister CA The Role is of a program manager who understands Aegiss Factory Logix. A program manager with some understanding of Factory Logix will help because they would know how long it takes to make the conversion of our paper procedures into the NPI structure. The FactoryLogix modules we use are NPI, Production, and Analytics. The NPI module stands for New Product Introduction. The majority of the time spent in NPI is the engineer or designee converting or current PDF work instructions into the NPI process flow structure. NPI is also where the FactoryLogix Administrator will add users, set groups, set approval cycles, etc. The Production module is for operations. The work orders are in Production and the operators will execute the process that was created in NPI in the Production module. The Analytics module is used to create reports, dashboards, and set up automated report schedules. Planning: Develop and implement a program strategy, and lead the creation of the program management plan Managing: Oversee all program activities, and ensure the program achieves its goals Managing timelines: Develop and control deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed by deadlines Managing risk: Apply change, risk, and resource management, and handle risks and complications that surface Managing stakeholders: Keep stakeholders engaged through each step of the project, and create milestones for clients to sign off on Managing leadership: Oversee the work of your team Measuring performance: Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Worked on and understanding the Aegis Factory Logix MES Thanks & Regards!
