At least five years of experience implementing the full suite of Workfront tools, including Workfront Fusion, Proof, and advanced text mode. Understanding of and experience with enterprise process mapping to Workfront implementation. Understanding of typical Workfront user personas. Expertise with native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products and services. Familiarity with Agile methodology and ADO a plus. Experience in multiple industries and businesses. Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certification required. Business Intelligence reporting experience a plus (i.e. Power BI). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Partner with the client to develop an approach to structure Workfront for use at the Enterprise Level. Utilize systems and business analysis techniques to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams. Facilitate/execute requirements gathering, current/future state process definition and solution conceptual design. Document and evolve client operational business requirements, mapping them to critical business drivers for the purpose of system functional specifications. Direct and execute the design and configuration of the Workfront Solution. Develop data visualization. Ability to produce data extracts for report tools such as Power BI. Implement Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms, calculated fields, proof approval workflows, templates, and advanced reporting. Establish Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end-user design. Configure Workfront Fusion scenarios with a streamlined design that meets business objectives. Design, develop, test, train, and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations. Help establish a multi-group governance model to provide oversight and support post implementation.
