From: Dharmasastha.M, Vysystems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] This System Administrator will be responsible for administration of a new Workforce instance and implementing best practices, evaluating and rolling out additional out of the box Workfront functionality, and focusing on user management, user success and adoption. Specific tasks may include: Training support: ongoing, new hires, new implementations. Adhoc questions from users and group admins User, group, team, access levels management Keep Marketing Operations process flows and documentation up to date Managing WF Admin request queue and executing on requests Small workflows, queues, field additions, changes, enhancements, etc. Report building Advise on best practices and change management Work with manager to evangelize Workfront to other departments and demo capabilities Evaluate Workfront functionality not yet being leveraged and decide if it makes sense for Intuit use cases, then implement and train users Usage measurement and adoption planning Experience with Fusion Able to build new Fusion integrations - requirements gathering, solution design, testing, execution Troubleshoot and fix existing Fusion integrations Keywords: information technology Workfront Admin | Mountain View CA (Remote) [email protected] |
