Job Description: Experience Required: 10+ years of Project Management experience for software development initiatives Experience creating, executing, and owning project/program processes to provide consistency in delivery and reporting/communication for a software-based platform Prior experience in building API based platform Experience documenting, improving, and creating processes. Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an enterprise organization Knowledge of MS Project, LucidChart, Microsoft 365, Confluence, and Jira. Day to Day Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to align on process, document process, and be responsible for executing processes identified. Develop internal processes for Intake, Release Management, and Defect Management Develop internal process needed for Program Communications Define responsibilities for monitoring overall platform performance Define intake, process, and approval workflow for APIs Document and support created processes after creation Work with department/stakeholders on standing up proposed processes Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
