Role name:AnalystRole Description:Full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modelingProviding service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.Working with clients to help define use cases and prioritize based on business value and scopeFacilitating strategic conversations with clients to define and document business and technical requirements based on prioritized use casesPerforming gap analysis outlining client gaps in technology, resources, and institutional knowledge necessary to deliver and execute a successful channel rolloutWorking with cross-functional teams to clearly link functional scope back to business valueClearly define the value for our clients associated with delivering against capabilities and requirementsWork with customer(s) as well as internal teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements and integration points as they relate to solution implementation.Developing key content and assets for project workshops for functional and scope priority alignmentDeveloping business requirement documentation and project deliverablesMaintaining working knowledge of end-to-end solution, with the ability to identify , document, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues as project progressesCollaborate with onshore and offshore teammatesSupport technical and functional testing of the implemented solution like SIT and UATIdentify partnership opportunities and capitalizes on "add-on" sales opportunities across projectsCompetencies:Digital : Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience (Years):10 & AboveEssential Skills:5+ years hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC ecosystem platforms ( i.e. Audience Studio, DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.) and fluent in articulating Salesforce Marketing Cloud product capabilities to both business and technical audiencesSFMC Email Specialist , Consultant, or Admin Certification or willingness to completeProven project management experience supporting end-to-end marketing technology projects; implementing integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies, cloud-based marketing solutions, integration services, and data modelingPrior experience in a client-facing strategic role (i.e., consulting, agency) ideally within the digital marketing spaceKnowledge of Agile and various methodologies, frameworks, organization structures, disciplines, and documentationFunctional understanding of marketing databases and/or implementation of marketing automationExperience with performing gap analysis outlining client gaps in technology, resources, and institutional knowledge necessary to deliver and execute a successful channel rolloutProven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problemsExcellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assistStrong verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsAbility to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholdersPreferred:Project Management: Azure DevOps and/or Jira , ConfluenceDesire to complete additional Salesforce certificationsFunctional knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds , as well as other Salesforce solutions including Interaction Studio, CDP, and DatoramaExperience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools ( i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.)Desirable Skills:Client-facing collaborative business partners experience.Deliver specific components for large, complex client engagements along with other teams and stakeholders.
