| POS Quality Engineer Location- Onsite in Goodlettsville, TN Duration: Contract Job Description/ Responsibilities 12-15 years of overall experience. Must have 10+ years of retail experience. 5 ~ 8 years of Test program management experience. Good knowledge in Retail POS applications. Should have performed or implemented automation testing, device testing, performance testing. Knowledge of automation (e.g. eggplant). Excellent communication and sound knowledge in testing process including working experience in Agile. Must have hands on Eggplant automation tool experience. Test Execution and Debugging for developed Automation Scripts. Defect Logging for failure scripts and tracking it for closure. Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. Gather the business & technical requirements from Business Analyst, Business stake holders and Tech SMEs. Attend the requirement calls and raise the clarifications. Tracking the base lined requirements from business using Test Management Tools like JIRA. Customizing / Tailoring the required tools or software to accommodate the base lined requirements on the application modules level and its interfaces levels. Must have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore team. Project Stakeholder Management, Project Risk Management, Project Scope Management, Project Quality Management. What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. POS Techno functional Quality Engineer with Eggplant automation tool experience. 2. Handson experience in automation testing using Eggplant. 3.
