Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions. Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality. Understand client business functions, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of client products, solutions, and services. Identify solutions to client needs; recognize crisis and know when to escalate.
