Job Title: QA Automation Engineer Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Experience:10+ Years Visa: USC, GC, TN & L2 EAD Summary: The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive planning, integration, scripting, and execution of testing activities to ensure all systems' full coverage and proper functionality. This role involves working closely with the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Development teams to ensure that business objectives and requirements are testable and that high-quality solutions are delivered. The QA Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on testing within project teams, ensuring the successful completion of testing phases across multiple projects of moderate to high complexity. Qualifications: Extensive experience in planning, executing and managing testing activities for projects of moderate to high complexity. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with BSAs, Development teams, and project managers. Proficient in manual and automated testing processes, including defect analysis and triage. Technical Skills: Proficient in database querying for data validation within test scripts. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with regression testing and performance testing methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with UAT processes and support. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and project requirements.
