Design technical specification documents for SAP Business One Projects. Apply a broad and up to date awareness of the SAP eco-system of add-ons, including but not limited to: Boyum Usability Package, Boyum Print & Delivery, Computec ProcessForce, Computec WMS, Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan. Innovative Problem-Solving: Develop creative approaches to resolve client problems within multiple and complex business processes. Identify root causes of process defects and propose innovative solutions. Offer support to the consultancy group to share knowledge and foster innovation. Client Engagement and Management: Engage clients effectively, even in complex stakeholder scenarios, and lead the way in dealing with the most complex design or configuration challenges. Assist the sales team in quantifying project requirements accurately. Maintain projects within scope and identify change requests to ensure client satisfaction. Demonstrate high client engagement leading to client requests by name, reflecting a strong rapport and trust. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across the practice to share expertise and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment. Confront issues openly and quickly, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
