JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title : Project Manager Role type-Contract to hire (C2H) Work Location-Hybrid( Houston, TX) Duration-12months Exp-7+Y ear Client Industry-Electric & Gas Required: Strong experience project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities Bachelors degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field) 7+ years of professional experience formally leading projects within a cross-functional environment Strong experience working within the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models Ability to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fast-paced business environment Experience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to large groups Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office tool set (Word, Excel, Vision , and PowerPoint) Valid drivers license Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certification Experience working in Software Development and Test Organizations Masters degree (in aforementioned fields) Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry Experience with SAP implementations or optimizations Experience with PPM tools (e.g., UMT360, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online, etc.) Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or start-up -- Keywords: information technology green card microsoft Texas Urgent Need || Project Manager - Electric & Gas || Incture || Hybrid( Houston, TX) || C2H || USC , GC Only [email protected] |
