REQUIRED SKILLS         Top 4 Skills:

1.           Must have experience implementing UKG WFM  (within the last 5 years)

2.           Must have first hand experience configuring/implementing interfaces using Boomi

3.           Must have 1st hand experience with UKG APIs 

4.           EXCELLENT communication Will be presenting in front of stakeholders (groups of 20-40 people).

Required experience:

            High rating in all the general skills

            Strong Understanding of UKG Best Practices (recent last 5 years)

            Must have experience implementing UKG WFM  (within the last 5 years)

            Must have 1st hand experience implementing Boomi interfaces

            Must have 1st hand experience with UKG APIs

Preferred Experience:

            Experience working in multiple roles in the UKG Eco System

            5+ years of experience Implementing UKG WFM Solution (recent last 5 years)

            5 years building interfaces with Boomin & Certification (recent last 5 years)

            Expertise migrating from iSeries to UKG WFM

            5+ years utilizing UKG API (recent last 5 years)

            5+ Years experience soliciting requirements
