You keep a holistic view of this inventory and strategically focus on the areas that need the most attention through data analysis and prioritization. You ensure content for your domain is available, accessible, findable, and that it solves customer issues. Support Domain Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) with the ability to independently and strategically manage and optimize technical content for your domain A thought leader who is data and results driven and proactively and creatively drives results based on data.
