| ServiceNow Technical Consultant Location: Remote/ Part time Duration: 6 months Part-time - 20 hours a week; hours may fluctuate depending on work MUST HAVES: **Flow Designer (most important) **Portal creation and configuration **Strong client-facing skills Job Description We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to specialize in Employee Center portal configuration and Catalog Item creation and enhancement with a focus on using Flow Designer for the backend workflows. What You"ll Do Create, configure and deploy Employee Center portal for the client's Cyber Security team Gather requirements and configure workflows using Flow Designer Manage and support client"s backlog of catalog items and workflow requests Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications Deliver a high level of knowledge and customer service within the ITSM Suite Explain the offerings available with the ServiceNow ITSM Suite Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plus Gather requirements and configure workflows Manage and support client"s security backlog of workflow requests Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applications Organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management, and potentially coordinating effort of additional administrators Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable Effectively manage and execute high level tasks assigned via "stories" Assists junior analysts through project(s) lifecycles Manages work against an often demanding timeline Communicates professionally and effectively, through verbal and non-verbal methods with business professionals and clients daily Flexible and has the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently What You"ll Need Required: Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting 5+ years of ServiceNow Development ServiceNow portal experience ServiceNow security backlog experience ServiceNow service request catalog experience Experience configuring workflows using Flow Designer Background in either software development or IT Service management Understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices Understanding of Agile based approach to software development Effective communication skills via verbal and non-verbal methods Strong attention to detail Problem solving ability Preferred: ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL certification Thanks and regards Sam Centillionz-2 powered by Keywords: information technology Need ServiceNow Technical Consultant - REMOTE/ Part time - 12+ Years required [email protected] |
