You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our solutions are architected for long-term success, meet best practices, and align with client needs. As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, process owners, and developers to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities: Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a focus on long-term scalability, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow technical standards and best practices. Participate in process flow analysis and redesign workshops with clients to assess current processes and define future-state workflows. Lead daily scrum calls, facilitating communication and collaboration among development teams, business analysts, and process owners. Leverage your expertise in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, and enterprise application architecture to design optimal solutions. Manage client expectations and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical realities, and project constraints. Collaborate with Platform Architects to guarantee designs comply with development guidelines and best practices. Competencies: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead Experience: 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation Essential Skills: Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies (BKM) Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) Proven experience with ServiceNow FSM configuration, customization, and integration Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications is a strong plus Desirable Skills: At least 4 years of experience implementing ServiceNow FSM projects Experience delivering complex ServiceNow FSM projects Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM and FSM Best Regards, Abhay Singh IT Recruiter Diverse Lynx LLC.
