If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 Job Role: ServiceNow HR Analyst Location: San Jose, CA Department: HR Technology Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Analyst to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying technical solutions within ServiceNow to support HR processes and workflows. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify needs, analyze gaps, and develop solutions that streamline operations and improve service delivery. Responsibilities: Participate in the full ServiceNow application lifecycle, including design, prototyping, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with HR and business teams to document as-is and to-be processes, and conduct gap analysis. Assist with request intake and work with stakeholders for routine enhancements and defect resolution. Document and refine requirements for enhancements and defects. Partner with the HR Tech team on backlog management and design workshops. Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance. Develop testing criteria, build test scripts, execute testing plans, and collaborate with business units to ensure product quality. Contribute to change management and training initiatives. Manage user stories within Jira and collaborate with solution architects, integration analysts, and reporting teams to achieve business objectives. Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions. Support release management activities, including reviewing release summaries and readiness documents. Assist in building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to meet business needs. Competencies: Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Experience (Years): 10+ years of relevant experience. Essential Skills: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (demonstrates a strong understanding of the platform). Minimum 2-3 years of experience implementing HRSD features and functionalities. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. Desirable Skills: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation Certification (a plus). Experience with HRSD architecture.
