You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing management of critical systems, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance. As a key member of our IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that support our business needs. Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain secure and performant Linux server environments. Configure and manage virtualization technologies like VMware or KVM for efficient resource utilization. Automate system administration tasks using tools like Ansible or Puppet for streamlined operations. Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead efforts to upgrade, patch, and secure Linux servers and applications, adhering to industry security standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development. Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in System Administration with a focus on Linux environments. Solid understanding of private or hybrid cloud infrastructure with a proven track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving. Experience with OpenStack deployment and operations. Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or CentOS for build, development, and operations. Experience with software-defined storage solutions like Ceph. Experience with Hypervisor technologies like KVM. Experience building and maintaining code distribution pipelines.
