If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 CRM Dynamics Associate Product Manager San Jose, CA (Onsite) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Marketing & Sales processes. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to leverage CRM Dynamics and transform the current state into a future-focused solution that prioritizes customer value and enhances the user experience for both sellers and customers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current Marketing & Sales processes at Adobe and identify opportunities for improvement using CRM Dynamics. Champion customer focus by ensuring the future state solution delivers exceptional customer experiences. Lead and facilitate process improvement sessions with internal customers. Actively participate in defining the product vision and roadmap. Foster strong collaboration with architecture, design, and engineering teams to translate the vision into reality. Clearly communicate and align internal customers and technical teams on both product vision and roadmap. Collaborate strategically with other Product Managers to ensure seamless delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives. Spearhead the planning, documentation, and execution of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and work with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, collecting and addressing defects and enhancement requests. Support Release Planning by efficiently scheduling backlog items into regular releases that align with business priorities. Qualifications: Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar product management role. In-depth technical understanding of Marketing and Sales functionalities within CRM technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, ideally involving the launch of global, large-scale technology solutions and effective change management. Solid understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum or similar). Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with third-party seller applications like Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority. Proven conflict resolution skills and the ability to facilitate collaborative problem-solving within teams. Prior experience working with CRM solutions, particularly in designing and delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences and seller productivity, is a plus.
