| Title: Certified Pega Business Analyst (Need Minimum of 12+ Years Genuine Consultant) Location: 100% Remote Client - IBM Share Your Updated Resume [email protected] Must-Have: Pega BPM, Pega Design, Certification as Pega Business Analyst Certification as Pega CSA (optional) Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, including process mapping, use cases, and user stories Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Pega BPM Design and develop Pega-based solutions, including data models, process flows, and user interfaces and documents based on the agile methodology in Jira Work with developers to implement Pega solutions, providing knowledge transfer and oversight as needed Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes Collaborate with QA teams to respond to observations and enhancement requests Participate in project planning, including estimating effort, developing project schedules, and tracking progress Identify and mitigate project risk, and develop contingency plans as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the Pega BPM platform Experience with Pega design and development, including data modeling, process flow design, and user interface design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into manageable components Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams Strong project management skills, with the ability to participate in multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and case management principles -- Keywords: quality analyst information technology Hiring Hiring Immediate Certified Pega Business Analyst Remote [email protected] |
