| Role : QA Lead Location : Phoenix, AZ (Locals/Hybrid) Duration: Contract Rate: $50/hr. on C2C Max Need Locals with availability of tentative start date with 1 week notice Job Description: Lead the QE team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success. Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and cooperation within the Agile framework. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices suitable for Agile development. Ensure that QA processes align with Agile principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Testing Planning and Execution: Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities across sprints or iterations. Collaborate with the development team to ensure adequate test coverage and timely bug detection and resolution. Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA processes. Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and improvement areas. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Work closely with the Agile team to address quality-related impediments and proactively resolve issues. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the QE team and across the Agile development organization. Conduct retrospectives to gather feedback and identify opportunities for enhancing QA processes and practices. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding QA status, progress, and any quality-related concerns.
