They are looking for a BA/PM to help roll this out.specifically working with their internal customers (most of which are brokers across the country in various insurance businesses under the WRB umbrella). As the BA/PM for the Auth0 project, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and driving the success of our technical team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Auth0-based authentication and authorization systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Auth0, strong BA/PM skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams. Responsibilities Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Lead by example, promoting best practices and ensuring high-quality code. Auth0 Project Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Auth0-based authentication and authorization systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Auth0 and related technologies. Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in authentication and authorization. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Auth0 within the overall technology ecosystem. Qualifications Proven experience in leading technical teams, with a focus on Auth0 or similar authentication and authorization platforms.
