| From: Ryan, nitya software [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Automation Location: USA (Remote) Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Position What You'll Do: Map current business processes Identify Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Automation opportunities Create new process maps that allow the work to be done in less time and with improved quality Use a data driven approach to prioritize process improvement work Find stakeholders, meet with them and secure alignment with your proposed solutions Write business case and requirements for your solutions Partner with Automation and Product Development teams to build, test and deliver solutions to your customers Write UAT plans Drive change management with customers Measure and report on the value of the solutions you delivered Expertise You'll Bring: 5-7years of experience with Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement and using Lean methodologies to create value with fewer resources and less waste 5-7 years of experience identifying opportunities for software automation using UI Path RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, Workado, Selenium, Salesforce or other automation Desired: Training/certification in RPA in an Analyst role and/or experience writing and deploying RPA bots Knowledge of how machine learning and rules-based engines can be used to automate decisioning in a workflow Proficient at developing intuitive from -> to process maps Hands on programming skills in python preferred Previous experience using Aha, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart and gSuite to document requirements and manage work End-to-end mindset. Systemic thinker who works across boundaries Communicates equally well with leaders, front-line employees and cross-functional groups Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Masters degree desired.
