Description: Minimum 8-10 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL. Data migration experience from Oracle into Postgres SQL DB is a huge plus. Develop functions, PL/SQL statements, and stored procedures Postgres SQL to maintain business logic. Experience in strategizing & implementing, large data migration using scripts & data migration /transformation tools. Design solutions to migrate data across different databases. Implement and maintain PostgreSQL database code in the form of stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, etc. Design relational logical data models and their physical schema design. Investigates, troubleshoots, and corrects data and user related system errors and ensures data integrity. Broad and deep knowledge on PostgreSQL and other database development. Strong understanding of performance analysis, QUERY tuning, and optimization. Understating of users, privileges, securities, backup, and restore.
