Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: About the job Looking for Program Manager Salesforce who can Innovate and evolve our existing business processes through technology. The one will be organized, flexible, and detail oriented with a background in technical program management in areas such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, product integrations, migrations, and implementations. Responsibilities: The Technical Program Manager - Salesforce will operate in a highly cross-functional and matrixed team environment. Using expert communication and partnership skills, this role will consistently challenge the status quo and influence change. Manage and own cross-functional products and programs execution in a matrix organization for multiple LOBs. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery, provide day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for tasks. Document detailed requirements in the form of PRDs, Jira stories, process flows etc. Manage product backlogs for multiple Scrum teams. Manage the deliverables of one or more Scrum teams, either in partnership with a TPM or independently. Collaborate with external & internal partners (Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, QA, Vendor partners, Data, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, etc) to gather, define and prioritize business requirements & objectives. Evaluate implementation options/vendors and provide recommendations on the scope and scale of effort required to develop a solution. Define, measure and report KPIs critical to the success of the initiatives you are responsible for Develop and maintaining a technology project plans, outlining a project's tasks, milestone dates, status, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties Communicate risks, status, and timelines to partners and senior management Experience with removing roadblocks to implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase velocity and improve quality Establish and track data project/program milestones and deliverables for Uber Ads aligning to OKRs Provide program status updates & visibility in operational and executive review meetings Assist internal and external resources in the coordination of Change Management for the project/program Assist with other duties as needed Required Experience and Skills: 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 5+ years of technical product or program management experience 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Familiarity with any of the following would be an added advantage: CPQ applications (Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity). 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across multiple portfolios, cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Agile scrum master certification Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience driving and delivering complex tech programs or products from inception to delivery. Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope. Design and run effective program-level meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts; Conduct retrospectives on completed projects to support process, policy and tool-set improvements; A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and a solid understanding of business processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and business outcomes Deep Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem Strong understanding of business operations and IT functions in enterprise software / SaaS product companies Experience working with large data volumes and data migrations across multiple tools and systems Understanding of Salesforce data structures, data modeling and database schema. Experience modeling & visualizing business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to mature the business architecture posture Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations Comfort and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proactive risk management and mitigation Proven ability to take ownership and responsibilities of projects and ensure their success Be comfortable in ambiguous environments with the ability to provide leadership when needed Proficiency communicating with end users and C Level executives Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
