3+ years onsite technical support experience.

Technical knowledge of the following:

-Endpoint Configuration and deployment.

-Network Printing Setup and Troubleshooting.

-Proficient in Windows Server Administration (Windows Server 2012, 2016 etc.) and Active Directory.

-Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

Ability to travel locally and work off hours and weekends as needed.

Ability to lift 30 lbs. minimum unassisted.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Certifications (A+, MCSE, Cisco, etc.).

Proficient in Citrix/XenApp administration.

Project Management experience.

Knowledge and experience in healthcare IT setting.
