Recruiter Note:- Open for 100% Remote candidates and also open for Hybrid Hub locations. 12 Openings -- Interviews scheduled for June 4 6 Hub Locations Hybrid onsite - San Francisco, CA OR Minneapolis, MN OR New York, NY OR Atlanta, GA OR Dallas, TX OR St. Louis, MO OR Fargo, ND (North Dakota) OR Portland, OR 6 Months + Phone/Skype Interview MUST HAVE: Web/Mobile testing experience (iOS or Android) UAT testing in Agile environment Notes/Description 12 roles 11 of the new hires need to be heavy mainframe Large Client is driving the changes required. They are moving from a single credit card account number to individualized account numbers rolling into a primary. Example would be a family with parents as primary and secondary owners of the account and then children as supplementary If you have children on account, right now their account number is the same. Features: Spent controls: limits, where to spent pulls over to online servicing online in regards to access for the supplementary holders Or if you have an accountant can set controls for them Realigning their infrastructure to meet these needs Mainframe core systems of record Mainly moving data out to cloud need to validate data integrity 2 new primary journeys starting to support this initiative new folks may join an existing journeys and move existing people to new journey so there is a mix Levels of talent all pretty senior Top needs Write and define test cases in Jira Zephyr Credit Card knowledge This gets into the nitty gritty of how credit cards work Authorize accounts / how to store data / all the rules into place of how credit cards work Overview: Business Readiness will support testing of Card Level Management, Digital Document Exchange, Authorized User Entitlements & Servicing, and Credit Line Enhancements. Touching every aspect of the account and corresponding structure. Card Level Management - Mainframe based system known as ICS. They're changing this core system to solve for more flexibility across card accounts with multiple people tied to it. Digital Document Exchange - Enable cardholder documents to be shared digitally Authorized User Entitlements & Servicing - as it sounds...allows for customization by primary cardholder They'll also be testing business as usual functions as some existing team members shift to these new workstreams across Business Readiness. What they are doing - testing web based apps and mainframe: UAT Integration Usability testing Business line testing (Need to understand the technology, this is a plus must understand the language have to validate XML and JSON and technically know how the functions work not know how to code) Develops test cases and executing against those Sometimes pulled down into IT to help them smaller requirements at story level Requirements: Web/Mobile testing experience UAT testing in Agile environment Business / customer facing testing Integration testing Agile experience Need amazing attention to detail Strong communication skills Financial data (best if they know the credit card process from end to end) Dont want this to be a foreign language but not in all life cycle this will focus on generating a new credit card account Goes to card issuance / agreements need to match / ties to partner incentives some reporting there that is end of life-cycle Otherwise banking in general would suffice Need some automation experience (Java / Selenium) Tools: Agile tool is VersionOne Jira will be used for product planning Java, Selenium is being used for Automation. Postman is primarily used for API. Tech team is doing this This person will be expected to identify automation Version One is a tool Agile teams are using Overall Responsibilities & Duties: UAT functional testing. If recommendation for automation is identified, these ideas will be shared with Automation team Senior Testers will perform account conditioning to execute tests against. Goal is to eventually automate conditions across accounts. Teams is responsible for their Digital Presence via online platforms, OAD, Trancore, and Omni. Knowledge of financial data is required (credit card data knowledge is preferred). Agile experience is also preferred. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Seven to ten years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating simple processes Preferred Skills/Experience - Proficient in working in an Agile environment - Experience in testing on iOS and Android devices - Experience in writing automated test cases using frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest - Experience in building and testing mobile applications using Xcode, Android Studio is desired - Comfortable writing automated test cases using Java, Swift, Python or similar - Knowledge of CI/CD with Jenkins or similar desired - Excellent bug writing and tracking skills using JIRA or similar - Working knowledge using version management systems such as GitHub - Excellent communication skills Regards Rupali Sahoo 2145019570.
