It has a partial remote work policy that is available after six months, but will require being located within the Little Rock area. Job Description: This resource will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure, application instances and databases that are required to maintain the Budget System. Roles and Responsibilities Minimum of six (8) years of each item below: Maintain and develop packages to extract data elements into constructed data layouts. Maintain complicated applications supported by Applications Development: Budget System. Assist state employees with .Net solutions and mentors on best practices Minimum of six (6) years of SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience Good knowledge of MSDTC Experience with design and maintenance of TDE Encryption Experience using integration services or SSIS packages to import and export data to/from SQL Experience developing window services Experience developing web services Experience designing and testing disaster recovery plans Ability to write and review VB.Net code Strong oral and written communication skills Experience developing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and specifications TSM, LiteSpeed, VMware, VB.Net, FTP Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016 Disaster Recovery design and testing Developing Window Services Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports Configuration and implementation of MSTDC Design and maintaining TDE Encryption SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization experience Financial Institution Experience Working knowledge of state and federal laws, procurement, budget, human resources, payroll laws and processes, administrative practices and procedures Highly desired Education requirement of a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other equivalent education.
