Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the platform's functionality. 5. User Support: Assist users in troubleshooting issues by providing clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to address common challenges and inquiries. 6. Training Materials: Develop training materials and resources, including online tutorials, video demos, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate user onboarding and adoption of the DAM platform. 7. Documentation Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and uniformity across all documentation.
