| Title : Product Owner Product Owner with Salesforce/Lead Management experience Must Responsibilities: Own the roadmap, deployment, and effectiveness of products and solutions built on the Salesforce platform and used by Business partner managers. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for productivity, automation, improved customer experience, and risk reduction. Present written recommendations, requirements, and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating prioritization and influencing the roadmap. Implement and apply Product management best practices across large, complex solutions. Align closely with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure new processes or process changes are critical, relevant, understood, and supported. Develop business and system requirements interfacing with customers at all levels, gathering requirements and feedback with a well-rounded technical background. Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams as well as client expectations, building consensus for successful product and program delivery. Deal with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines. Balance business needs versus technical and operational constraints. Provide excellent end-user documentation and training on the tools developed. Requirements: Minimum 5+ Years as a Business Consulting Agile Product Owner. Minimum 5+ Years of Salesforce CRM Experience and implementations. Must have experience as a Salesforce Technical Product Owner.
