An early response is really appreciated Title: SQL with SSIS Exp Location: Buffalo, NY (Onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SQL Server databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement SSIS packages for ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into SQL Server databases. Optimize and maintain existing SSIS packages to ensure high performance and reliability. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data manipulation, transformation, and reporting. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data-related issues. Ensure data quality and integrity through effective testing and validation practices. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all SSIS packages and SQL processes. Monitor and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data integration and database management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a SQL Developer with a focus on SSIS. Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures. In-depth knowledge of SSIS, including package design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting. Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Familiarity with other ETL tools and data integration platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS). Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation. Looking forward to work with you !!
